This is a brand new house completed in November of 2023, two and a half years after my original 110-year-old weatherboard house burnt down in a tumble dryer fire, hence the name Phoenix Rooms.
It has been designed to cater to use as an incall/working rooms, with such features as:

A luxury high-end tiled lavish bathroom with a walk-in glass shower.

Cameras installed on the exterior of the property.

The interior design is unique and comfortable.

Living space is separate from bedroom / bathroom side of the house.

Hello and welcome to my humble abode. I am Aurora Dawn, I have been in the adult industry as a sex worker since 2010. Having toured for many years throughout New Zealand, I understand the need for a safe, inexpensive, stylish space to work from without the added stress and worry about being moved on due to my profession. Here at Phoenix Rooms, I have created a space with you, as a sex worker in mind. I felt our Garden City was missing such a space, I welcome both local and touring providers.
My biggest love are my dogs, my fur babies mean the world to me, so if I am around and not on tour, you can expect lots of cuddles should you need some doggie love away from home. If you are not a fan of dogs or allergic, then I would suggest this space isn’t for you. I am happy for you to bring your furry friend with prior consent, so long as you clean up after them.
