We have two rooms available
Pink Boudoir Room
This is the largest of the two rooms.
With a massage table, towel warmer for shared room use in laundry next to the bathroom, Aurora massage table "Orion II deluxe extra wide", hot massage oil warmer, double antique feature bed, full-length mirrored wardrobe doors, mirrored bedside table and drawers, feature metallic wallpaper with fuchsia pink walls and ceiling.
Blue Tranquil Room
This room is the smaller of the two.
With a feature handmade headboard, full-length mirrored wardrobe doors, double bed, mood lighting, feature wall mural and restful blue walls and ceiling
Both rooms come fully set up with WIFI, bluetooth speakers, towels and sheets, condoms, lube, hand sanitizer, massage oil, towel warmer for shared room use in laundry next to the bathroom, tissues, baby wipes, and scented room spray, making it easy to tour with minimal luggage. Massage table available for this room should you require it.
Bathroom
Glass-enclosed, large walk-in, feature-tiled shower, with brass hardware and an antique
furniture washstand. For a luxury spa experience.

The house is quite unique in its decor, creating great spaces for photo shoots, either using just one room or
renting the entire house. Please refer to the rates page for costs.

Entrance Way
From the moment you open the door to The Phoenix Rooms you will be blown away by the unique decor and relaxed atmosphere
Open Plan Lounge and Kitchen
The house has a centralized heat pump system, (fans and heaters can be provided for each room if required, so as to make sure the temperature is right for you) with double glazing, sound & thermal insulation so is warm, cosy, and quiet.

Outdoors
Unfortunately, there is no level access so it is not fully accessible, there is one step up onto the deck to enter the front door.
The house is situated on a corner fully surrounded by a high hedge and fences, so is very discreet and private with minimal neighbours. There is a sunny north facing deck and garden for you to relax in when not working.
