1. An appointment is required should you wish to rent rooms at Phoenix Rooms, this can be arranged in person or via video chat with the Site Manager.

 

2. All sex workers must be over the age of 18 years old to rent rooms, the site manager must sight identification at the time of appointment, no record is kept of identification.

 

3. Once approved, a keyless entry code is provided and must never be shared with anyone. If the code is forgotten, contact the site manager.

4. The online booking app 'Timetree' link must not be shared with anyone. If the link is lost, contact the site manager.

 

5. Every booking must be entered into 'Timetree' by all sex workers - Day rate and casual rate to manage the entry and exits of clientele.

 

6. Payment is deposited at the end of each day. Any payment issues, please discuss them with the site manager.

Those Sex workers who are touring will be required to pay a deposit of 1/3 of the booking total before the booking can be confirmed.

 

7. Prepare and clean rooms:

Casual Rate Sex Workers must prepare and clean the room/massage table after each booking ready for the next worker.

Day rate sex workers must prepare and clean the room/massage table at the end of each day ready for the next worker.

8. Assist with laundry e.g. if the site manager is not available, place towels or linen into the washing machine and/or dryer to prevent a shortage of towels or linen.

 

9. Communal spaces: kitchen, living, and bathroom areas must be kept tidy and clean and personal items put away.

 

10. To maintain privacy; due to the proximity of rear neighbour and that he's always in his garage, which is part of the boundary, please don't take work phone calls in the garden on the deck or talk about work on the deck area.

 

11. Only approved sex workers are permitted at The Phoenix Rooms. Any visitors, who are not clients, need to be approved.

 

12. Strictly NO DRUGS.

 

13. Alcohol use is limited to clients' provision during booking.

 

14. No smoking or vaping in the house. Please use the garden & dispose of any butts in the outside main council bin.

 

15. Respect and value each other while at the house, any abuse will not be tolerated.

 

16. All booking times on 'Timetree' must finish on time, failing to do so may complicate the next ladies' booking of the same room. Should you run over time you will incur a $30 fee per 15 minutes. If you run over time and another worker misses out on their time slot, you will be liable for their financial loses. 

 

17. Please arrive 20-30 minutes before the client is due.

 

18. Verbally agree to the above terms and conditions.
